Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Our certified dental technicians design your smile using the latest CAD software much like architects and engineers use to design buildings and aircraft. The software adapts each tooth to the scan of your prepared teeth to create a precise fit within microns. Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and Computer Numeric Control (CNC Milling)
Our laboratory is equipped with large capacity milling machines just like large industrial manufacturers like SpaceX. Each veneer, crown, or bridge is milled for a precise fit just like the parts in a jet engine. Each milling machine is operated using CAM software. CAM is the brain of the milling process. Quality Control
Thanks to advancements in 3D printing, our technicians are now able to design, and 3D print an exact replica of your teeth based off the scan done during the preparation visit.
