Consultation options
To ensure everyone gets the perfect smile, we offer complimentary in-office personal consultations for local patients and convenient virtual consultations for those who are traveling or find it difficult to visit our office. We look forward to helping you achieve the smile you deserve!
How Virtual Consultations Work
During your consultation you will be speaking with your cosmetic dentist directly, not an assistant or front office staff member. Your cosmetic specialist will answer all of the questions you have and help develop a treatment plan for you based on your conversation. In order to evaluate your existing smile adequately, the specialist will need specific pictures.
Below you will find a list of instructions and examples of the pictures he needed. Please be sure that the pictures are in focus and taken in good lighting. It is much easier to have someone help you take these photos rather than taking selfie pictures since the quality is never the same. Please send these pictures to rdaspecials@gmail.com at least one day before your consultation so that your dentist has a chance to evaluate them.

On the day of consultation
Your virtual consultation can be done via a phone conversation or by using Zoom with a mobile device or a computer. Keep in mind if you are using a computer with Zoom it will need to have a speaker and microphone. If you select to simply have a phone conversation you will receive a call from your cosmetic specialist at the time of your consultation.
If you want to use Zoom
You will be sent an invitation to your email address at the time of your consultation that includes a link for the virtual meeting. You will need to click on the link to join the meeting. Keep in mind if you do not have the Zoom application you will need to follow the prompts to download it, which only takes a few moments and then you will be able to join the meeting.
